Mondrian Gold Coast has partnered with Platinum Business Aviation Centre to introduce a new private aviation lounge at Gold Coast Airport, marking the first collaboration of its kind between a luxury hotel brand and a fixed base operator in Australia or New Zealand.
Named the ‘Mondrian Lounge at Platinum’, the space is located within Platinum Business Aviation Centre’s private terminal and is designed to elevate the pre-flight experience for private, corporate and government travellers.
Platinum Business Aviation Centre operates premium terminals on the Gold Coast and at Essendon Fields Airport in Melbourne, providing aircraft handling and tailored passenger services. The new lounge brings these aviation capabilities together with Mondrian’s hotel-led approach to design and hospitality.
The lounge offers a setting shaped by Mondrian Gold Coast’s design sensibility, with interiors that reflect the brand’s focus on art and considered detail. Guests can expect a quiet, private environment for both passengers and crew, whether arriving or departing.
