This October, The Ritz-Carlton, Melbourne, will host a series of engaging events curated by Atria and Cameo, together with a talented lineup from the Tokyo EDITION and The Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong.
This incredible weekend is part of Marriott International’s Luxury Group Dining Series, a global culinary tour, running from now until November, with The Ritz-Carlton, Melbourne being the only destination in Australia to host.
Taking place over three days between 17 and 19 October 2024, guests can look forward to exceptional experiences across The Ritz-Carlton, Melbourne’s restaurants and bars, including Cameo, Atria, and The Ritz-Carlton Lobby Lounge on Level 80.
Atria Culinary Collaboration with Michelin Chef, Angelo Aglianó
Diners can savour a Michelin-starred lunch or dinner that transcends borders as Chef Angelo Aglianó from The Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong, joins Executive Chef Michael Greenlaw atop The Ritz-Carlton, Melbourne. United by rigorous attention to detail and deep respect for natural ingredients, the unique menu will blend Sicilian cuisine with Victoria’s finest local produce for three days only 17, 18 and 19 October.
The Ritz-Carlton Lobby Lounge – Aperitivo Hour with Michelin Chef Angelo Aglianó
Melbourne’s most coveted pre-dinner drinks destination, The Ritz-Carlton Lobby Lounge, gets a Michelin-starred twist this October. Chef Angelo Aglianó, alongside Executive Chef Michael Greenlaw, will bring Italy’s favourite pre-dinner ritual to the Level 80 Sky Lobby for an unparalleled aperitivo experience overlooking Port Phillip Bay.

Gold Hour at Cameo
Gold Bar at the Tokyo EDITION, Toranomon, which is ranked among Asia’s 50 Best Bars for 2023 and 2024, brings another dimension to Melbourne’s most indulgent happy hour. Located on Level 80, this event will take place in the late afternoon, offering glittering views of the city skyline at sunset, paired with iconic cocktails, gourmet bar snacks, and distinctive Japanese flavours.

Gold Bar Late Night Live Music at Cameo
Cocktail enthusiasts are invited to immerse themselves in an evening of sophisticated entertainment as the Gold Bar at Tokyo EDITION, Toranomon, brings its vibrant nightlife to Cameo for three nights. Late-night music will be accompanied by Golden Age cocktails, shaken up with a contemporary Japanese twist, all taking place against panoramic views from Level 80.
